Gefjun
The goddess who asks Loki to stop at the feast; her intervention immediately draws the quarrel toward herself.
Overview
Gefjun enters not through a separate long story but by interrupting Odin and Loki’s exchange. She asks Loki to stop and Odin not to provoke him; Loki promptly turns on her. This preserves an intervention and a reply, not the allegation in Loki’s speech as her biography.
