Fjoturlund

Overview

Fjoturlund appears in prose section VI of the Second Lay as the place where Dag meets Helgi. The prose says Dag pierces Helgi there with the spear Odin gave him, then rides to Sevafjoll to tell Sigrun. The text gives it no wider geography; its importance is that a family vengeance comes down to a named scene.
